Education:
All certified employees attend the Iowa Water Well Association’s annual convention. At the convention they attend many classes to earn Continuing Education Credits to keep up with the ever changing industry. In addition, employees attend a variety of education sessions that include, but are not limited to, softener updates, water distribution, and safety.
